At EFGlobalGroup Bank, we’re classed as an essential service, so this means should a lock down occur, or restrictions are put in place, we will remain open. However during the pandemic as the situation can rapidly change, it can mean we will need to operate with limited services and or adjusted operating hours. Which is why we’ve prepared a range of ways to help everyone continue to bank during these difficult times.

Ways to bank.
We will still be here to support you throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and our branches will remain open.
But during this time we encourage you to bank digitally wherever possible. During reduced branch hours and services, you can still manage all your banking via EF Global Group Konnect and EF Global Group Internet Banking, our network of EFTPOS machines will continue to operate, meaning you can make cashless payments. Should you need to make cash withdrawals you can visit one of our ATMs.
How Can you help?
Our number one priority is to protect the health and wellbeing of our people and community. So, we are taking precautionary measures to ensure our branches remain healthy and safe spaces for everyone.
We are providing hand sanitisers for customers to use as you enter the branch. Our staff will be wearing face masks and, in some cases, also wearing gloves. We are also increasing our cleaning procedures through our branch network and office locations. We’re taking these extra measures to ensure our team and everyone that visits a EFGlobalGroup Bank branch are kept safe against COVID-19.
If you still need to visit a branch, we do ask you to refrain from coming, if you’re feeling unwell and are experiencing flu-like symptoms, you have a sore throat or cough or a fever and shortness of breath. We also request that when entering a branch you’re wearing a face mask and practicing social distancing practices.
